Q: When is the best time to take LIT-UP?
A: Lit-Up is best taken 15-30 minutes before your workout. Unlike other pre-workouts, LIT-UP is great for those who train at night as it will not keep you up. However, we do not recommend taking it within three hours of bedtime.
Q: How much should I take at one time?
