The Power Cage and separate Flat/Incline/Decline Exercise Bench combo offers superior comfort, with a sturdy and stable frame, it is ideal for home and light-commercial use. It allows you to work your chest, shoulders, arms, back and legs all in one comfortable space.

The Power Cage features a strong frame with adjustable lift-off pegs. It also has a lat-pulldown and adjustable multi-function low row that can also be raised to be a mid-pulley and a high-pulley. The machine comes with a seated row bar, lat-pulldown bar and ab-crunch attachments to work those tummy muscles.

The large exercise bench can adjust from Incline to Flat to Decline positions and also comes with a leg developer and preacher pad attachments. The bench padding is thick and comfortable.

The Combo includes:
