The Balance Cushion is an inflatable cushion used for core strength and balance exercises. Made from tough non-toxic PVC, they can hold up to 100kg safely.
The Balance Cushion provides an unstable surface for core muscle recruitment and a whole new range of challenging exercises. More air decreases the difficulty by making the disc-cushion firmer and more stable. Less air increases the difficulty by making the disc-cushion softer and unstable.
