The York Monza Rival 'Sensor' Treadmill is a good, "chunky" treadmill from York. It has a decent 2 horsepower continuous duty (4HP peak) motor and 12 levels of powered auto incline. It features a wide 51cm and reasonably long 132cm running area. Overall, this treadmill is suitable for walking and jogging and will suit most home users. It also has a proximity sensor built in that will alert you if anyone (child, toddler, pet, etc.) approaches the treadmill from behind while in use (this feature can be turned off).
