The four foam rollers provide excellent cushioning for your knees and ankles across any angle and any exercise, locking your legs into a comfortable position to assist you while seated. The backrest is adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees across 7 pin hole increments with the seat capable of 0 to 30 degrees across 4 pin hole increments. This adjustable nature of the seat prevents slipping during angled exercises and provides a total of 28 possible incline positions.
