The E12.5 also features 30 pre-programmed workouts. There are 15 Target Toning workouts - 5 each for the lower body, mid-section and upper body - and 15 Performance workouts - 5 endurance, 5 speed and 5 incline.
A 15-40° Power incline ramp introduces further variety into your workouts. Varying the incline of the ramp alters the elliptical path and stride length which, in turn, alters the muscle group the exercises focuses on. An included Polar™ T34 helps you stay at your desired intensity level. And the Intermix Acoustics audio provides a convenient way to listen to your favourite music as you exercise.

• Power Ramp: The Power incline ramp enhances the original elliptical motion to give you faster results. By increasing your incline, you'll have a longer stride (23" stride at 40° incline), targeting your calves and abs. By decreasing your incline, you'll have a shorter stride(20" stride at 15° incline), and your workout will focus on your glutes and quads. The Power ramp can be controlled with the quick adjust buttons on the console or with the conveniently placed handlebar controls. The ramp can be adjusted from 15 - 40° in 0.5° increments for maximum variation and control in your workouts.
