The Phoenix bike is an upright exercise bike with programmable magnetic resistance. It has a large seat to provide a comfortable workout and can be easily wheeled between rooms by one person. The computer console displays all your training information including your pulse. The resistance is easily controlled by the computer console, and all you have to do is press UP to increase the resistance or DOWN to lower the amount of resistance when pedalling.
